I think plastic wrap works far better because it traps scorching air inside and so, my dough needs a shorter 1st rise. Be sure you spray the side of your plastic wrap that will contact the dough with oil!I don’t know if it absolutely was required but I guess I felt slightly guilty the strategy was so very simple.
